This window displays training transactions processed via a Payrun.

Rules and Guidelines

  • If entries appear here, it means that at the time of payroll processing, the Course ID and the Session Number were not entered via Time Card Entry.
  • Missing details can be added in this window which will update expenditure for the course.
  • The Training History option can be used to view transactions linked correctly.
  • To process the training history records and allocate them to the correct course and session, enter the correct and valid Course ID and Session combination next to each participant's entry and save the record.
